On April 11th, the College Park Track and Field Team competed in the Area Meet. The Team finished 3rd overall at Area. Those who placed in the top four places will be attending The Region 2 Track and Field Championship in Waco next week.
The following girls will be attending the Waco competition:

- Persia Hall (11) – 3rd, High Jump, 5-3
- Leila Morales (12) – 3rd, 300MH, 45.75
- 4X400 Relay – Lainey McPherson (11), Leila Morales (12), Zoe Norman (11), Gabby Martin (12)) – 3rd, 4:00.48
- 4X200 Relay – Gabby Martin (12), Layla Talbot (10), Zoe Norman (11), Shieana Hall (11) – 4th, 1:43.80
- 4X100 Relay – Shunteria Jarmon (12), Zoe Norman (11), Sofia Esterellas (12), Shieana Hall (11) – 4th, 48.39.
