The Reveliers delivered an outstanding performance at a national dance competition held March 27-29 in Galveston, TX , earning multiple top placements and an unforgettable overall championship victory.
Competing in the highly competitive “HS select Extra large” division, the Reveliers demonstrated excellence in dances across a wide range of categories. The team’s officers led the charge with several impressive finishes, including a winner’s title in officer contemporary and officer pom, as well as a 2nd runner-up placement in officer open and a 3rd runner-up in officer jazz. In addition, the officers earned 2nd runner-up honors in the high school social officer category, further showcasing their strength as performers.
The full team also made a strong impact across multiple routines. The Reveliers earned first runner-up in team kick, second runner-up in team novelty, and fourth runner-up in team pom, proving their consistency and skill across styles.
However, the highlight of the weekend was in the team kick category. After entering finals with 0.1 points behind first place, the reveliers delivered a powerful and precise final performance. Their hard work and determination paid off as they surged ahead to win by an impressive two point margins, earning them the title of overall national champions.
