Interfaith Food Drive

Interfaith Food Drive

Taylor Good, Author

54 million families struggle with food scarcity across the United States, and more than 6 percent of students undergo this issue throughout the school year.

To ensure that families across the community have meals for the holidays, CISD and Interfaith will be hosting their annual food drive from December 6th to the 15th. Students are encouraged to bring canned foods, cereals, peanut butter, and other non-perishable items. Donations will be made in the commons throughout the week and will be sent to the local pantry over the break.
