In the Midst of Midterms

Midterm testing will take place December 12th-16th, the last week of school. This time can be stressful for students, so here are some tips to help you push through the last week of school in 2022!

There are many online outlets and resources students can access to help them stay on track. Flora is a free app that focuses on building positive habits and breaking bad ones. It is designed to help put the phone down so that users can get their work done, distraction-free. During Midterms, it is important to stop excessively scrolling and study, and Flora can help with that.

It is always more fun to study with friends. Whether that’s in person at a coffee shop, or online over Zoom, working together will allow for more discussion and definitely a little bit more fun!

Last and most importantly, take breaks! You can only work hard if you are not worn out. During this tiring time, it is extremely important to not let your workload consume you. Spend time with family, friends, and take care of yourself.

This is a stressful time for many students, but it doesn’t have to be. There are many ways to stay productive during the Midterm season. Happy Holidays, Cavs!
