Fall into Fitness

Over the past couple of weeks, the National Honor Society has been working diligently to ensure that the community is taken care of, volunteering at various local food banks, establishing new features to the schools, and participating at the haunted trails While their services benefited a more mature demographic, their next upcoming endeavor will enable students to unveil their silly side.
On Thursday, November 10, the National Honor Society will volunteer at Sally K Ride for their annual “Fall into Fitness” event. With many of the children having little experience with both inline and regular roller skating, members will have the opportunity to guide and encourage the skaters from 3-5:15 p.m. Pizza and drinks will be provided throughout the event, and members will be expected to reunite the children with their parents at the end of the day. The cutoff number for volunteers is 15, so it is pivotal for members to fill out the form before it closes.
