District Play For Baseball

District play for baseball opened on wednesday april 5th. The Cavaliers look to have another good year after going 10-5 in district play last year.

The Cavaliers’ start to district play was somewhat shaky as they enter the end of the week sitting at 1-2. They started off with a home win over Willis followed by a 2-1 road loss to Conroe. These performances were followed by the Cavaliers getting a run ruled by Oak ridge 11-1 in five innings.

They will take on rival school The Woodlands on Friday, April 25th at 7pm at the CP baseball fields. The Cavaliers are coming off a solid season against The Woodlands in which they were 2-1 against the rival highschool.

They will then take a break from district play when they head to Langham Creek to take on the Lobos. Which will then be followed by an away game and home game against Oak Ridge. With another two woodlands games to end April on the 26th and 29th.
